I got outta the house early this morning to take in my newest, favoritest hike here in my gorgeous land-o-mountains. Just a five minute drive north of where I live is the Valley Ranch hike, a three mile loop offering up verdant wonders and stunning views south to the flatirons.After the hike I stopped in at my garden plot at the community gardens to do some watering and to harvest a couple of heads of bok choi. It's a special kind of choi called "Joi Choi". Guaranteed to make me insanely happy when I eat it.
Living in Boulder does seem to insure that I stay ridiculously healthy.
I will start work right after I post this on a whole new batch of SUPER SALE art pieces for the month of June on my web site.
